High quality lead generation

Central to our growth over the years has been our lead generation programme. Our customer enquiries are either generated from our own websites, via our introducer partnerships or from favourable recommendations from our existing customers.

We don't purchase leads from third parties as we self-generate, preferring our customers to approach us. This means the leads we provide to our advisers are of a higher quality and therefore enhance the conversion rate of lead to sale.
